摘要
把协同理论应用到运输领域产生了协同运输理论,协同运输定量分析运量、运力的最优配置,并运用G1S为运输协同体的信息平台搜寻运输最短路径。协同运输组织系统需要以运输组织为核心,寻找市场机会、选择协同伙伴、制订协同方案,最终形成自组织运行系统。我国目前可以从协同运输最原始的雏形--货运合并开始,培养公路货运中间层、发展运输信息化,构建立体化、多元化的公路运输系统。
Synergetic transport theory is the result of synergy theory being applied in the field of transportation, which quantitatively analyzes the transport volume and the optimal distribution of transport capacity and also identifies the shortest transport route for the synergetic transport body using GIS. The synergetic transport organization system centers on transport organizers and, through seeking market opportunity, selecting synergy, partnership and drawing collaboration schemes, finally evolves into a self-organizing operation system. For the moment, the development of synergy transport in China can start from freight combination, the most primitive form of synergy transport, and proceeds to foster the development of mid-level of road freight transportation and transport information system and finally construct a multi-lateral and diverse road transport system.
