介绍了日本《中小物流企业集约化促进法》的制定、主要内容以及对日本物流业产生的影响,提出应完善中国综合性物流的法律法规,健全物流法律体系,加速物流业的发展。
The papar introduces the formulation and main contents of the Small-and-medium-sized Enterprise Integration Promotion Act of Japan and its influence upon the Japanese logistics industry, pointing out that the improvement of comprehensive laws and regulations of the Chinese logistics industry and the establishment of a sound logistics legal system will be conducive to the development of the industry.
