摘要
采用改良的浸渍法制备了Ru/TiO2催化剂,对其进行了XRD、XPS、TEM等表征。初步研究了Ru/TiO2催化剂在乳酸乙酯加氢制1,2-丙二醇反应中的催化性能,考察了反应温度、氢气压力、催化剂用量和溶剂对反应的影响。在温和的反应条件下(423 K,5 MPa)可以得到约80%的1,2-丙二醇收率。
Ru/TiO2 catalyst was prepared employing improved impregnation method, and characterized by XRD, XPS and TEM techniques. The catalytic performance of Ru/TiO2 in the hydrogenation of ethyl lactate to 1,2-propanediol was studied. The effects of reaction temperature, hydrogen amount and solvent were researched.
