摘要
目的:比较不同表面处理方法对石英纤维桩与根管牙本质剪切粘结强度的影响,并将牙根分为根颈1/3,根中1/3,根尖1/3作比较研究。方法:24颗大小相近的完整人上颌中切牙随机均分为4组,根管治疗后截冠并预备桩道。将24根石英纤维桩按不同表面处理均分为4组:硅烷偶联剂处理组(A组),24%双氧水处理组(B组),24%双氧水+硅烷偶联剂处理组(C组),对照组(D组)。粘结修复后各组每牙按根颈1/3,根中1/3,根尖1/3切成3个2mm的薄片进行微推出试验,记录数值并进行方差分析。结果:各组纤维桩与根管牙本质粘结强度比较C组>B组>A组>D组,其中A组和D组有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组差异极显著(P<0.01)。纤维桩的表面处理方法和根管部位存在交互影响(P<0.01)。在根颈1/3部分A组和D组有显著性差异(P<0.05),其余各组差异极显著(P<0.01)。在根中1/3部分B组和D组有显著性差异(P<0.05),C组和D组差异极显著(P<0.01),A组和D组差异无统计学意义。在根尖1/3部分C组和D组差异极显著(P<0.01),A组,B组和D组差异无统计学意义。结论:除了单独应用硅烷偶联剂外,用24%双氧水或24%双氧水+硅烷偶联剂处理石英纤维桩表面可使其更利于粘结。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of surface treatments on the push-out shear bond strength of quartz fiber posts to three root regions. Methods:24 extracted human maxillary central incisors were randomly assigned to four groups(n=6) Teeth were decapitated and treated with complete root canal therapy. Then prepare the path of post.24 quartz fiber posts were randomly assigned to four groups(n=6) according to the chemical surface treatments:treat with silane agent(Group A),treat with 24% Hydrogen peroxide(Group B),treat with 24% Hydrogen peroxide,then with silane agent(Group C),no chemical surface treatments(Group D).Posts were inserted using the resin adhesive system. Each root was section ed to three sections of 2 mm thick. A push-out test was performed on other sections of each root to measure bond strengths. Date were analyzed Group C with ANOVA. Results:Compare groups of the push-out bond strength. Group C Group B Group A Group D,there were significant difference (P0.05)between group A and group D,others were significant difference(P0.01). There was interception between surface treatments and root regions(P0.01).In the cervical third of the root,there were significant difference (P0.05)between group A and group D. Other groups were significant difference (P0.01). In the middle third of the root,group B and group D were significant difference (P0.05),group C and group D were significant difference there were no significant difference (P0.05)between group A and group D.(P0.01),In the apical third of the root,group C and group D were significant difference (P0.01).there were no significant difference (P0.05)among group A ,group B and group D. Conclusions:Except treat the quartz fiber post with silane alone,treat with 24% Hydrogen peroxide or treat with 24% Hydrogen peroxide then with silane agent are more useful and convenient methods to improve the adhesion of the quartz fiber post.
