摘要
目的:探讨经内镜注射组织粘合剂治疗胃底静脉曲张出血的临床价值。方法:对2005年6月—2009年6月68例胃底静脉曲张及破裂出血采用内镜下注射组织粘合剂治疗的患者临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:68例患者经注射治疗后66例出血停止,止血率98.5%,曲张静脉消失率57.6%,减轻率37.9%,再出血率为6.1%。结论:经内镜注射组织粘合剂治疗胃底静脉曲张出血是一种安全、有效的方法,可作为首选方法在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of endoscopic injection of tissue adhensive（Histoacryl） for gastric varices bleeding. Methods：The clinical data of 68 patients with gastric varices bleeding treated with endoscopic injection of tissue adhensive（Histoacryl） from June 2005 to June 2009 were analysed retrospectively. Results：Of 68 patients,66 patients were hemostasia after injection,the hemostatic rate was 98.5%（66/68）. The varices eradicative rate was 57.6%,varices reduction rate 37.9%,and the relapsed bleeding rate was 6.1%. Conclusions：Endoscopic injection of tissue adhensive for gastric varices bleeding is an effective and safe method,should be regarded as the first choice in clinical practice.
