摘要
洛氏硬度测量结果不确定度主要来源于由试样硬度测量重复性,检定时平均值引起的A类不确定度;由硬度计允许误差、标准洛氏硬度、测量系统的分辨力引起的B类不确定度。对洛氏硬度B标尺测量结果的不确定度进行分析和评定。
The uncertainty of Rockwell hardness measuremets result from the repeatability of samples mainly come from measurement, the Test when the average degree of uncertainty caused by type A , and from the hardness tester allowable error, the standard Rockwell hardness, the measurement system resolution caused by type B uncertainty. Focuses on analysis and calculation of the results of the rockwell hardness B gauge measurement uncertainty.
