摘要
依据磨矿理论以及影响磨矿机生产效率的结构参数、操作参数等,针对梅山矿石特有的性质、浮选所要求的磨矿细度进行磨矿系统现状分析。在高硬度矿物条件下通过调整球磨机入磨粒度、磨矿浓度、钢球充填率达到最佳磨矿条件,提高磨矿效率,降低能源消耗。
Analysis the present situation of the grinding systems based on grinding theory and the impact of mill production efficiency of structural parameters, operating parameters ,and the unique nature of Meishan ore, flotation of the required grinding fineness. Under the conditions of high hardness minerals into the grinding mill, particle size, concentration of grinding are adjusted to achieve the best conditions, enhance the grinding efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
