摘要
在硫酸介质中,痕量钌(Ⅲ)对溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红褪色有显著的催化作用,据此建立了一种测定痕量钌的催化动力学方法.实验测定波长为610 nm,方法的检出限为1.85×10-10g/mL,线性范围为0.05—3.00μg/25 mL.该法用于钌矿和合成样中钌的测定,结果满意.
A new catalytic kinetic method for the determination of ruthenium was established based on Ru( Ⅲ ) catalyzing oxidation of indigo carmine by KBrO3 in H2SO4 solution. The absorbancies of the catalytic and uncat- alytic systems at 610 nm were measured. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range of determination was 0. 05--3.00 μg/25 mL and the detection limit was 1.85 ×10^-10 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace ruthenium in ores and synthetic products with satisfactory results.
