摘要
分析了110 kV变压器中性点的绝缘水平及其过电压情况,并针对渭南电网110 kV变压器中性点保护装置的配置现状,提出了实施意见和改进建议。
The insulation ＆ over-voltage condition of 110 kV transformer neutral point are analyzed. In the light of disposition of 110 kV transformer neutral point protection device, solution and suggestion are put forward.
