摘要
通过对陕西农网建设、现状、需求分析,提出了农网二次改造重点及预期目标,并建立了农网可持续发展的投融资机制,以便更好开展新一轮农网改造升级工作。
Through the analysis on construction, current condition and demand in Shaanxi rural power network,the key expected target of rural power network secondary retrofit is given. The invest ＆ financing mechanism of rural power network sustainable development is set up for the upgrading of new rural network retrofitting.
