摘要
为了研究在VFTO作用下变压器绕组的暂态过程,研制了一台纳秒级的脉冲电压发生器。利用PSCAD/EMTDC软件分析了该发生器回路参数对波形上升时间、振荡程度等的影响,通过减小回路整体电感且将储能电容器的电容值取为1 nF,同时通过调整输出电缆的长度,使得输出脉冲无反射,波形质量较高,输出脉冲波形可用于研究变压器绕组在VFTO作用下的暂态过程。
In order to study the process of impulse propagation in the XLPE cable winding by VFTO, a nanosecond voltage pulse generator is developed. In this paper PSCAD/EMTDC is used to study the effect of the parameter of circuit. When inductance in circuit becomes large, the rise-time of pulse will become large and oscillation will become in the tail of pulse. So we try the best to reduce the inductance of circuit and select impulse capacitance with value of lnF as energy storage capacitor, and adjust the length of transmission cable in order to make no reflection of output impulse. Thus the impulse is very good and can be used to study the transient property of transformer' s winding by VFTO.
