摘要
近10年来,中医学界相关情志病证研究工作已取得一定进展:理论研究在融入现代医学及心理学知识的基础上,重视个体差异性的病因研究,注重脏—情关系机理研究;临床研究不仅重视传统中医药疗法的灵活运用,而且注重借鉴心理测量等新手段的综合应用;实验研究中,单一情志刺激伤脏主要集中在"怒伤肝"、"恐伤肾",深入到肝主疏泄对神经、内分泌、免疫网络调节作用,恐的情绪遗传等层面。从整体研究现状分析,情志病证的辨证及疗效判定、量化标准尚待规范,情志病证的多学科融合研究模式尚需完善。
For nearly ten years, emotional disorder researches of TCM had made some great pro- gresses. Theoretical researches, based on the knowledge of modern medicine and psychology, paid attention to the etiologic researches of individual variation and focused on the mechanism of the relationship between organs and emotions. Clinical researches not only used the traditional chinese medical treatments flexibly but also made much use of psychological measurements. In experiment researches, single emotional stimuli which make the organs hurt mainly focused on ＂raged impairing liver＂ and ＂terror impairing kidney＂, and it had already gone to the level of liver＇ s function of dispersing and dredging on regulating the neuroimmunocndoerine network, and the level of heredity for emotion fearing. View from the whole Situation of the studies, researches about the assessment and the quantitative criteria of emotional disorder＇ s dialectics and curative effect need to be further standardize, and the modes of emotional disorder＇ s researches which merged with multi-discipline need to be further improved.
