硝苯吡啶对马桑内酯致癫痫大鼠脑内c-fos基因表达的影响 被引量:2

THE EFFECT OF NIFEDIPINE ON EXPRESSION OF CFOS mRNA IN RAT BRAIN BY CORIARIA LACTONE-INDUCED EPILEPSY

摘要 用地高辛c-fosRNA探针作原位杂交,对马桑内酯致癫痫大鼠脑内c-fosmRNA表达及硝苯吡啶对其影响的研究发现,马桑内酯注射后,从潜伏期至癫痫大发作后2h,大鼠脑内可见明显的杂交信号。随着发作程度的加重,脑内杂交信号相应增多。硝苯吡啶能有效地抑制马桑内酯所致的c-fosmRNA表达增加。提示马桑内酯致癫痫大鼠脑内c-fosmRNA表达增加可能与神经细胞Ca2+超载有关。 The effect of L-type Ca2+ channeliinbibitor nifedipine on CL-induced c-fos mRNA expression was observed in this article. The results showed that:after rat received CL (3 mg/kg,muscular injection),from the latency to 2 hours after serious seizure,c-fos mRNA bybridization signal was increased significantly in rat brain slices,and the more serious the seizure was, the more intensive the expression of c-fos mRNA increased. The expression or c-fos mRNA was increased by CL-induced seizure and could be inkihited by L-type Ca2+ channel iuhibitor-nifedipine. Therefore,it is suggested that the expression increase or c-fos mRNA in rat aden by CL-induced might be related with Ca2+ overloading or neurons.
