用原位杂交法观察了培养海马神经元中BDNFmRNA的表达,得出与他人报道略有不同的结果:上述种经元经KA处理后,BDNFmRNA表达增高不仅可经非NMDA受体介导,而且可通过谷氨酸的释放再间接活化NMDA受体.
The expression or BDNF mRNA in cultured hipPOcampal neurons was detected by in site hybridization. Our resultS was identical with other reports. besides one exception: the Increase of BDNF mRNAlevel caused by KA administration was not only mediated by non-NMDA glutamatf receptors but also belated indirectly by the release or glutamate subsequently activating NMDA receptors.
