摘要
政府公信力作为政府内生的一种价值要求,是公众视野下衡量政府及其公务人员行为和能力的重要指标。面对新时期我国政府公信力建设的客观环境和时代要求,构筑政府与公众的新型信任关系,应首先从理论的高度明确和把握政府公信力建设的价值定位,这是当代我国政府公信力建设的实践前提和基本保证。
Facing with the requirements of the times and the objective environment of the construction of government＇s credi- bility in new era, when we construct a new type of trust relationship between government and the public, we should first clearly under- stand and grasp the value orientation of the construction of government＇s credibility theoretically, which is the practical premise and basic guarantee of the contemporary construction of government＇s credibility.
