摘要
基于对易燃易爆化学品的爆炸机理分析以及炼油厂危险物质和危险装置的辨识,归纳出炼油厂设计中通常采取的防爆措施。结合具体事例,利用DNV定量危险分析软件,计算一个放空罐爆炸产生的超压冲击波,提出装置内建筑物的安全防爆措施。
Based on the analysis of explosion mechanism and identification of hazardous substances and equipments,this paper sums up the anti-explosion measures generally used in refineries.Combining with a specific example,this paper calculates the overpressure shock wave caused by the explosion of a vent tank by using DNV quantitative hazard analysis software.And the paper proposes some anti-explosion measures for the safety of the buildings in units.
