摘要
提出了一种基于生物体超弱发光的小麦储藏品质特性检测方法.利用新型高精度光电倍增管检测小麦超微弱发光的时域信息,MD983模块将检测到的微弱光信号转换为标准电信号.选择合适的AD转换器和外围电路,设计了基于单片机的小麦新陈度检测仪器.通过对粮食自身超弱发光特性的探测,实现了对粮食储藏品质的快速、无损检测.
A wheat storage quality detection method based on ultra-weak bioluminescence was put forward.A novel high-precision photomultiplier tube was used for detecting the ultra-weak bioluminescence information of wheat in time domain.A MD983 module was used for converting the ultra-weak optical signals into standard electrical signals,and a proper AD converter and peripheral circuit were selected to design the wheat freshness detector based on a single chip.By detecting the ultra-weak bioluminescence of grain,the detector can achieve rapid and nondestructive detection of grain storage quality.
