输气管道真空干燥模型及设备选型研究 被引量：1

摘要 通过分析新建天然气管道投产前干燥的必要性,介绍真空干燥的原理、工艺过程、优缺点、影响因素等,由此建立了真空负压状态下水分蒸发模型,而且通过编写计算机程序,计算出合理的或最佳的真空抽气速率及真空度;考虑到蒸发吸热可能导致的结冰问题,精确地计算出了最大抽气速率,选出了真空泵;根据以上计算的结果建立了设备及仪表选型的原则。
