粤东平远县并殖吸虫分布现状调查 被引量:2

Study of the distribution of Paragonimus in Pingyuan County in Eastern Guangdong

摘要 目的了解粤东平远县并殖吸虫分布现状。方法调查木溪村、郭屋、岩子坳、五指石、塔子里等5个村山溪中的螺蛳和溪蟹,检查并殖吸虫尾蚴、囊蚴。用检出的并殖吸虫囊蚴人工感染家猫,检查家猫感染情况。结果木溪村螺蛳感染率为1‰(2/2000),郭屋、岩子坳螺蛳感染率为0.5‰(1/2000)。5个调查点检获的螺种为放逸短沟蜷。木溪村、郭屋、岩子坳、五指石、塔子里蟹体并殖吸虫囊蚴感染率分别为55.36%(62/112)、65.26%(62/95)、48.38%(60/124)、35.13%(52/148)和36.75%(43/117)。木溪村和郭屋村溪蟹检出Pw、Ps和Ec三种囊蚴,岩子坳村溪蟹检出Pw和Ps二种囊蚴,五指石和塔里村溪蟹检出Pw和Ec二种囊蚴。解剖人工感染虫卵阳性猫6只,共检获Pw成虫6条、幼虫2条,Ps成虫8条,Ec成虫4条。结论平远县木溪村为Pw、Ps和Ec混合感染高度疫源地;郭屋、岩子坳、五指石和塔子为新发现并殖吸虫高度疫源地;平远县流行的并殖吸虫第二中间宿主溪蟹的优势种为平和华溪蟹。 Objective To investigate the distribution of Paragonimus in Pingyuan County,eastern Guangdong Province.Methods Freshwater snails and crabs from Muxi,Guowu,Yanziao,Wuzhishi,and Tazili townships were studied.Cercariae and metacercariae of Paragonimus were detected.Domestic cats were inoculated artificially with detected metacercariae and used for further detection.Results The rate of Paragonimus infection in snails was 1‰(2/2 000)in Muxi and 0.5‰(1/2 000)in both Guowu and Yanziao.All snails were found to be Semisulcospira libertina.The rate of Paragonimus metacercariae infection in crabs in the same five areas was 55.36%(62/112),65.26%(62/95),48.38%(60/124),35.13%(52/148),and 36.75%(43/117),respectively.A mixed infection of Pw,Ps and Ec was found in Muxi and Guowu,a mixed infection of Pw and Ps was found in Yanziao,and a mixed infection of Pw and Ec was found in both Wuzhishi and Tali.Six adults and two larvae of Pw,eight adults of Ps,and four adults of Ec were found in six domestic cats inoculated with Paragonimus.Conclusion Muxi Township in Pingyuan County is considered to be a major focus of infection for a mixture of Pw,Ps,and Ec.Guowu,Yanziao,Wuzhishi,and Tazili were newly identified as major foci of infection.In addition,dominant species of freshwater crabs were identified to be Sinopotamon pinheense,which are as the second intermediate hosts of Paragonimus appearing in Pingyuan County.
