摘要
在考虑冷桥影响的情况下,采用面积加权法对列车车体K值进行了计算.通过对车体结构的分析,建立了典型冷桥区域的物理模型,并采用有限单元法对冷桥模型进行了传热分析,得出冷桥影响区域以及影响区域内的平均热流密度值,最终求得整车的优化K值.对比未考虑和考虑冷桥的列车车体的K值可以发现,冷桥影响区域虽小,但对整车K值具有较大的影响.
Considering the influence of cold bridge,the heat transfer coefficient K was calculated by area-weighted.Through the analysis of the train structure,the physical model of cold bridge was built,heat transfer analysis was done by finite element method and its influencing area and mean heat flux were obtained,and finally the K of total train was got.Cold bridge impacts on a small region,but gravely on K value.
