摘要
目的:了解不同年龄慢性乙型肝炎患者出院后的遵医行为。方法:选取我院2008年1月～2009年1月收治的确诊为慢性乙型肝炎、文化程度在高中及以上的出院患者,共146例,采用问卷+电话调查的方法调查其遵医行为。结果:不同年龄的患者遵医行为有差异性。结论:在进行慢性乙型肝炎患者的出院健康教育时,20～40岁患者应加强重视。
Objective：To understand the treatment compliance of the different-aged patients with chronic hepatitis B after their discharges.Methods：Choosing 146 discharged patients who had accepted treatment in our hospital recently and been diagnosed as chronic hepatitis B with and above high school level of education and investigating their treatment compliance through a questionnaire and telephone investigation.Results：The patients in different ages had difference in their treatment compliance.Conclusion：The discharged patients in the age-bracket 20-40 with chronic hepatitis B must pay more attention to their health education.
