摘要
基于对公路工程项目管理3大目标即质量目标、工期目标和费用目标相互作用和关系的分析,从工程项目动态优化管理的思想出发,根据系统分析及协调原理,运用定量分析方法建立3者之间的协调判断模型,为项目管理者提供决策依据,进而对问题做出科学的判断.
The paper analyzes the interactions and the relationships among the three objectives in the highway project management.It starts with the project management dynamic optimization idea,follows the principle of system analysis and coordination,and uses the quantitative analysis method to build up the coordination models for the project managers in making scientific decisions.
