摘要
对实施采购代理制的流程工业供应链进行了建模分析,以一个采购代理商和一个制造商组成的供应链为例,设计了有效的填补缺货契约和滞销补贴契约,使采购代理商的最优采购量达到了集中决策的水平,分析还表明制造商可以通过调整契约参数来分担采购代理商的风险,影响采购代理商决策.
In this paper we modeled the supply ch ment agent （PA） was implemented. Efficient fill allowance contracts were designed to coordinate central control mode and share risks between the ain of process industries in which procureshortage contracts and efficient markdown the PA to order the same quantities as in manufacturer and PA.
