摘要
目的分析心内科护理中纠纷产生的原因,探讨相应防范对策。方法收集我院6年来发生的心内科护理纠纷55起,分析各原因所占比例。结果心内科护理纠纷产生主要由客观因素和主观因素两个方面引起的。结论建立良好的护患关系是防范护理纠纷的关键,合理配置护理人力,落实安全护理,加强法律知识学习和护理文书管理等措施可以有效地减少护理纠纷的发生。
Objective To understand the causes of nursing related dissension events occurring in the Department of Cardiology and explore ways in its prevention. Methods Retrospectively analyze 55 dissension events occurring in the past 6 years in the department of cardiology. Results Dissension events occurring in the Department of Cardiology had both subjective and objective canses. Conclusion The key way to prevent nursing related dissension events is to create good nurse -patient relationship. Furthermore, proper allocation of nursing personnel, safe practice of nursing, enhanced learning of relevant laws and nursing documents are effective ways to reduce oecurrence of nursing related dissension events.
