摘要
目的探讨单切口额肌瓣悬吊术矫正上睑下垂的临床效果。方法对2007年1月～2009年1月间在我院手术治疗的重度先天性上睑下垂患者34例进行前瞻性研究,总结治疗效果和手术经验。结果所有病例观察3个月以上,矫正良好24例44眼,基本矫正7例8眼,欠矫2例2眼,过矫1例1眼。所有患者术后早期均存在眼睑闭合不全情况,术后3个月都能恢复正常。术后随访时间3个个月～1年,平均(0·50±0·02)年,所有患者均无复发,且上睑缘位置、上睑缘高度对称性、上睑缘弧度、眼睑自然闭合程度、额肌活动度等均未见异常。结论单切口额肌瓣悬吊术治疗上睑下垂疗效确切,并发症少,临床医师需根据患者的病情合理选择应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of simple cut frontalis muscle flap suspension operation trearing congenital ptosis. Methods The 34 cases with congenital ptosis in our hospital from January 2007 to January 2009 were analyzed prospectively, and the effect and experiences were summarized. Results All of eases were observed in 3 months after operation. There were 24 cases（44 eyes） with good effect,7 cases（8 eyes） with fundamental rectification ,2eases（2 eyes） with insufficiency rectification and 1cases（ 1 eyes） with too much rectification. All of cases were with dysraphism in early after operation, and which could recover in 3 months after operation. All of cases were followed - up from 3 months to 1 years, and the average was （0. 50 ± 0. 02 ） years. All of them were without recurrence, and no abnormality were seen about location of upper eyelid - margin, height symmetry of upper eyelid - margin, radian of upper eyelid - margin, dose extent of eyelid and activity of frontal belly. Conclusion The effect of simple cut frontalis muscle flap suspension operation treating congenital ptosis is obvious and the complication is fewer, so the clinician should choose it according to the pathogenetie condition.
