摘要
目的提高血液科医师对Sweet综合征的认识和诊疗水平。方法分析一例Sweet综合征误诊的原因,并复习有关文献。结果患者症状不典型,临床医生认识不足,问诊、检查不细导致初诊误诊。结论Sweet综合征容易误诊,因其常伴发恶性疾病,确诊后应长期随访。对血液病合并Sweet综合征的患者,应慎用G-CSF等药物。
Objective To improve the hematology physicians＇ degree of understanding Sweet Syndrome and the level of its diagnosis. Methods A case was analyzed for the reasons for misdiagnosis of Sweet Syndrome and related literatures were reviewed. ResultsThe patient＇ s symptoms being not typical, clinician＇ s lack of knowledge, and careless interrogation and examination led to misdiagnosis at the beginning; when Sweet Syndrome was confirmed, the patient was recommended to hematology department for examination, which avoided second possible misdiagnosis. Conclusion Because its malignant companion disease is frequent, dermatologist should identify Sweet syndrome early in diagnosis stage, do long - term follow - up to investigate potential homeopathy after confirmation diagnosis. And dermatologist should prescribe drugs such as G - CSF with caution.
