摘要 目的:研究植物乳杆菌ST-Ⅲ菌株对单纯血脂异常人群的辅助调节血脂作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:104例单纯血脂异常志愿者,根据胆固醇水平,随机分为试验组(52例)和对照组(52例),试验组每天服用200 ml添加植物乳杆菌ST-Ⅲ(≥5.0×106cfu/ml)和0.6%(w/w)大豆卵磷脂的脱脂牛奶,对照组服用200 ml仅添加大豆卵磷脂的脱脂牛奶。分别于试验前、连续食用30 d后测定并计算各组血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油的水平及降低百分率,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及上升幅度。结果:与对照组相比,试验组50例达到终点的单纯血脂异常者血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平显著降低,平均分别下降(1.01±0.97)和(0.61±1.01)mmol/L(P<0.01);血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著升高,平均升高(0.15±0.35)mmol/L(P<0.01);两组均未见不良反应。结论:植物乳杆菌ST-Ⅲ对单纯血脂异常者具有辅助调节血脂作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanism of Lactobacillus plantarum ST-Ⅲ strain on hyperlipidemia subjects.Methods: One hundred and four adult volunteers with abnormal blood lipid alone were divided into two groups randomly according to their levels of cholesterol.The volunteers in the test group took orally 200 ml/d skimmed milk only supplemented with Lactobacillus plantarum ST-Ⅲ strain(≥5.0×106 cfu/ml)and 0.6%(w/w) soy bean lecithin for 30 d,whereas the volunteers in control group took the same volume of skimmed milk only supplemented only with 0.6%(w/w) soy bean lecithin for 30 d.Before and at the end of taking the milk,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of the volunteers were detected.Results:Compared with the volunteers in control group,significant decrease in the levels of TC(P〈0.01) and TG(P〈0.01) was observed in the test group,with an average decrease by(1.01±0.97) and(0.61±1.01) mmol/L,respectively.Meanwhile,the serum level of HDL-C was elevated by(0.15±0.35) mmol/L(P〈0.01) in the test group.No adverse reactions were observed in all volunteers during the experiment.Conclusion: Lactobacillus plantarum ST-Ⅲ strain can help to regulate the blood lipid levels of single hyperlipidemia subjects in vivo.
