以人为本在高校教师绩效评价中的应用

摘要 教育评价现作为一种价值判断的依据,对高校的教育实践具有重要的指引和调控功能。现行的高校教师评价多以实施绩效评价为主,但是绩效评价理论其本身就具有一定的缺陷性,因此以绩效评价为主的高校教师评价需要引入以人为本的教育评价观,从而关注高校教师的整体性发展,关注其专业化成长,关注教育主体间交往关系的良性发展,促使评价真正成为教育主体发展和进步的工具,最终回归高校教师评价的本真意义。 Education evaluation is a basis for value judgments, to institutions of higher learning has an important educational practice guidelines and regulatory function. The current evaluation of university teachers to implement the performance evaluation over the main, but the performance evaluation theory in itself has certain defective, and therefore performance evaluation-based evaluation of university teachers need to introduce a people-oriented concept of educational evaluation, which concerns the overall university teachers sexual development, and attention to their professional growth, attention to education of the main relations between the sound development of exchanges to facilitate evaluation of the real development and progress of education of the main tools, the ultimate return to university teachers of the true meaning of the evaluation.
