摘要
合理制定公司融资策略是保证公司正常生产经营的资金需求,也是保障公司健康可持续发展的需要。合理的融资策略能优化公司资本结构,并使公司财务管理更加有效。本文就如何综合考虑各种内外因素对公司融资策略的影响,并结合公司具体情况制定科学合理的融资策略付诸实施进行了初步的探讨。
To rationally formulate the financing strategies of a company is a fund demand to ensure that its production and business operations proceed smoothly, and also a demand to protect the sound and sustainable development. The rational financing strategies of a company can optimize its capital structure, and make the financial management more effective. This paper makes an elementary discussion on how to formulate rational and scientific financing strategies on the basis of considering the effects of various intrinsic and extrinsic factors and the specific conditions of the company.
