空间薄壁圆管瞬态温度场有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用MARC有限元软件对哈勃太空望远镜太阳能帆板主梁在进出地球阴影过程中温度变化的过程进行了模拟分析,计算得到了帆板主梁升温、降温及一个循环周期内温度随时间的变化规律。结果表明:温度沿管截面呈正弦分布,当升温过程约1000 s时,管截面温度达到稳态,而降温约150 s时,管截面温度也将趋于稳定。 The process of the temperature changes of the main beam of Hubble Space Telescope solar panels,while transferring into and out of the Earth's shadow,was simulated by MARC finite element software.The rules of the main beam's temperature distribution changing with time were obtained by the simulation during a circle of the sunrise and sunset.The results show that the temperature have a sine distribution along a cross-section of the main beam.The tube cross-section will reach steady temperature state at about 1 000 seconds when the main beam is in the sunshine but about 150 seconds after sunset.
