摘要 介绍用SolidWorks及插件COSMOSMotion实现汽车机构三维实体造型、运动仿真无缝连接的方法.通过在汽车方向盘上加分段的转向函数,实现汽车梯形机构转向模拟;给轮胎和地面添加三维碰撞接触和摩擦,模拟车轮滚动带动汽车行驶的过程.此方法为进一步实现车辆行驶避障、设置路面模型、研究车身振动等打下基础。 In this paper,a method of seamless combination of 3D solid modeling and locomotion simulation in vehicle mechanism by means of SolidWorks and COSMOSMotion is introduced.With STEP functions on the steering wheel,the steering trapezoid mechanism is simulated,With 3D collisional and frictional contact with tyre and ground,the process of the wheel rolling to drive vehicle is simulated.It provides the foundation and necessary knowledges for further research on vehicle such as avoiding obstacles,setting road modeling,studying vehicle vibration etc.
