摘要
以国内某黄金公司为例,采用SWOT分析的方法,分析了该公司的优势和劣势,表明了其当前面临的主要挑战和机遇,最后根据SWOT分析的结果,提出了公司长远发展的改进建议。
Taking a domestic gold company as an example, this paper using SWOT analysis method analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the gold company, analyzes its major opportunities and threats, and at last the paper propounds some improvement recommendations according to the SWOT analysis.
