促进节能减排的税式支出研究 被引量：1

摘要 环境库兹涅茨曲线显示,随着经济的发展和人均收入水平的提高,每个国家都要经历一个资源消耗和单位GDP能耗的"爬坡"过程,到达某个拐点以后,再慢慢趋于下降。节能减排不仅是中国作为一个负责任的发展中大国的责任和义务,更是我国经济发展阶段的内在要求。税式支出作为政府宏观调控的主要税收调节方式,理应在实现我国节能减排目标上发挥应有的作用。
