摘要
高职院校学生干部对于学校的建设、管理和发展具有较重要的作用,是高职院校思想政治工作的得力助手。文章从高职院校学生干部综合能力培养存在的八个方面问题提出了关于构建学生干部科学发展机制的几点思考,以期对大学生思想政治工作带来新思路和新方法。
Student leaders of vocational and technical colleges play an important role in the construction, management and development of colleges. They are the efficient assistants in ideological and political work. The article gives some reflections on constructing scientif- ic development mechanism from the eight aspects in fostering student leaders＇ comprehensive ability, hoping to bring new thinking and new ways for ideological and political work in colleges.
