摘要
以经高能机械球磨的α-SiO2粉体作为初始原料,考察了高压高温下柯石英的合成。使用XRD和Raman等表征手段对合成样品进行了结构表征,结果显示在2.5GPa的低压下就能够合成出少量小尺度柯石英。
Taking α-SiO2 powder conducted by high energy mechanical ball milling as the initial material, the author investigates the synthesis of eoesite under high temperature and high pressure and characterizes the synthetic samples by means of XRD and Raman. The results show that a small amount of small-sized eoesite can be obtained under 2.5 GPa.
