摘要
设计了应用于煤矿井下中小型PLC系统的语音报警系统,并给出了系统的硬件组成和软件设计。系统采用了AVR单片机和工业级MP3语音模块,二者之间采用串口进行通讯,输出的音频信号经过线性光耦隔离后,由矿用扩播电话进行广播输出。
The voice alarm system appling to middle and small PLC systems under coal mine is developed,and the hardware components,the software design are given.The system uses AVR microcontroller and industrial-grade MP3 audio module,communicated with serial port.The audio signal isolated by the linear optical coupler is exported through the mining broadcasting telephone.
