摘要近年来，抗血小板聚集药物（又称血小板功能抑制剂、抗血小板药物）在心脑血管防治方面的作用愈来愈受到重视，大量循证医学证据显示：抗血小板治疗对于血栓栓塞性疾病的一级预防和二级预防有益，因此，临床上尤其在老年人中应用广泛。
