摘要
针对目前思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中存在的诸多问题和不足,高职学院应高度重视思政理论课教师队伍建设,科学合理地制定建设发展规划,建立思政课教学科研二级机构,配齐配强师资,加强教师的培养培训,强化学科建设,并兼顾学院历史和现实的需要建立健全思政理论课教师队伍的选拔、培养和管理机制。
For the current problems and deficiencies of the teachers＇ team construction of ideological and political course, the higher vocational colleges should emphasize the construction of the teachers＇ team of this course, make the development plan scientifically and reasonably, establish sub -institute of teaching and research of this course, supplementing excellent teachers, strengthening the teachers＇ training plan, fostering course construction and setting up the mechanism for teachers＇ selection, training and management based on the history and reality of the coUege.
