摘要
水资源是人类社会生存与发展不可替代的战略资源和经济资源,是生态环境的控制性因素之一,实现水资源的可持续利用是社会经济全面、协调、可持续发展的重要保障。综述了水资源保护,尤其是水利枢纽库区环境整治的研究进展。
Water resources are the irreplaceable strategic and economic resources for the survival and development of human society,which is one of the controllable factors influencing the ecological environment.The sustainable utilization of water resources is the important guarantee for the comprehensive,harmonious and sustainable development of social economy.The water resources protection and the research progress on the environment renovation of reservoir area of hydro-junction are summarized.
