电磁环境下板坯结晶器内钢水流场的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Flow Field in Slab Mold Under Electromagnetic Circumstances

摘要 以2150mm板坯连铸机为研究对象,在商业软件CFX平台上对结晶器内钢水流动和液面波动过程进行了静态电磁场下的数值模拟与分析,重点研究了两种环境(有电磁制动与无电磁制动)下钢水流动状态的变化,对电磁环境下结晶器内钢水流动做出了较为详细的预报。 Aiming at 2 150 mm slab caster, numerical simulations and analysis concerning fluid flow and free surface wave process of liquid steel in mold under static electromagnetic field were conducted by using CFX, a commercial software package for fluid flow analysis, in which changes of molten steel flowing state in both environments (with EMBR (Electro Magnetic Brake) and without EMBR) were investigated emphatically. Detailed predictions on fluid flow in mold under electromagnetic circumstances.
