摘要
综述了戊二醛(GA)主要用途并比较目前几种合成工艺方法的优缺点,其中吡喃法synthesis是国内外普遍采用的合成方法,该方法以技术难度小、污染小、产品质量好、工艺成熟而成为目前工业化生产戊二醛的主要方法。着重介绍了前景看好的环戊烯催化氧化合成工艺方法,指出在接近原料产地,特别是中国北方地区建立规模化戊二醛生产装置,具有积极的意义。
Chief applications of glutaraldehyde were introduced, and advantages and disadvantages of several synthesis process at present were compared. Pyrane - synthesis was a primary method applied widely at home and abroad, which has been main method of manufacturing glutaraldehyde because of its low technique difficulty level, little contamination, high production quality, and mature process. Cyclopentene catalytic oxidation synthesis techniques which had good prospect were introduced with great emphasis, and positive significance of establishing large - scaled chemical plant of glutaraldehyde near the locality of raw material specially in north of China,was pointed out.
