摘要
本科教学围绕学生需求开展课程实施,充分体现了教育服务本性。通过对学生群体的特点分析,提出相应对策。本文介绍从预测需求入手,经过贴近需求、满足需求,直至超越需求的课程实施方法。实践表明,基于学生需求的教学方法,成效显著,深受学生欢迎。
The teaching practice of undergraduate courses based on demands of the students sufficiently shows the service nature of education. By analysing the characteristics of the student as a whole, strategies are brought forward accordingly. This paper introduces the practical teaching methods from predicting the students" demands, over fulfilling them, to finally exceeding them. Practice indicates that the teaching methods based on the students" demands are quite effective and welcomed among students.
