摘要
我国期刊出版单位转制为企业后,要想在市场经济条件下发展壮大、增加国际竞争力,就必须进行资本运营。因此,笔者在本文中重点就我国期刊出版企业资本运营的前提、模式选择这两方面的问题做了认真的分析。
China periodical publish units after transferring to enterprise, should carry on capital operation to develop and increase international competitiveness in market economy condition. So, the author pays attention to China periodical publish enterprise capital operation＇ s precondition and mode selection and makes earnest analysis in this article.
