摘要
通过SH6000型火焰数控切割机应用,根据产品尺寸、形状、结构的特点,探索总结出适合数控火焰切割工艺流程的程序编制方法。在保证提高切割效率和切割质量的基础上,合理编排程序,降低原材料消耗和产品制造成本,减轻操作者劳动强度,获取最大的经济效益。
By SH6000 flame cutting machine applications, exploration and summing-up of appropriate programming ways about digital-controlled flame cutting technological process according to features of product size, shape, structure. By reasonable programming process or reducing raw material consumption and manufacturing cost, to reduce labor intensity for obtaining maximum economic benefits, based on ensuring the efficiency and the quality of cutting.
