高效液相色谱法测定盐酸舍曲林异构体 被引量：4

摘要 目的建立测定盐酸舍曲林异构体的高效液相色谱法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以直链淀粉三（3,5二甲基苯基氨基甲酸酯）为固定相,正己烷-乙醇-二乙胺（85：15：0.2）为流动相,检测波长223 nm,流速1 mL·min^-1,柱温20 ℃。结果盐酸舍曲林4个异构体均基线分离,相邻异构体分离度均＞1.5,响应因子基本一致,定量限均为0.1 μg·mL^-1,各异构体在0.10～1.20 μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论该法简便、快速、准确、灵敏,可用于盐酸舍曲林异构体的测定。
