摘要
介绍了单板层积材在线检测系统的组成及工作原理,通过检测应力波的波速得到单板层积材的动态弹性模量,再利用静曲强度与其之间的相关性,预测单板层积材的静曲强度,实现单板层积材在线的强度检测。重点讨论了该系统的软件抗干扰方法,包括信号I/O的抗干扰、CPU的抗干扰、无扰动重恢复的方法等,这些能较好地提高了系统的抗干扰能力。
This article introduces the formation of laminated veneer lumber online detection system and its operating principle. Through testing the wave speed of stress wave, the dynamic elasticity module of laminated veneer lumber is gained. Then according to the correlation between the dynamic elasticity module and static tune intensity, the static tune intensity of laminated veneer lumber can be predicted, and the laminated veneer lumber online strength testing can be realized. This arti- cle mainly discusses the software of the system anti-interference methods, including the anti-interference of signal I/O, the anti-interference of CPU, and the recovery methods without perturbation, etc., which improves the anti-interference ability of the system.
