摘要
鸭传染性浆膜炎是由鸭疫里默氏杆菌引起的危害雏鸭的一种急性或慢性败血性传染病。为预防鸭传染性浆膜炎,从疑似鸭传染性浆膜炎的病鸭分离鉴定了鸭疫里默氏杆菌,并制备了蜂胶灭活疫苗,结果表明该灭活疫苗用于鸭场免疫,具有显著的效果。
Infectious serositis of duck, caused by Riemerella anatipestifer （RA）, is an acute or chronic septic contagious disease affecting young ducks.To prevent infectious serositis of duck,RA was isolated and identified from suspected cases,and propolisadjuvant inactivated vaccine was prepared.The results showed that vaccination could provide significant protection against RA in ducks.
