摘要
在川麦冬主产区采集具有代表性的匍匐型麦冬植株,测定块根性状和产量,并以麦冬皂苷D为对照品,用紫外分光光度法测定了麦冬块根中的总皂苷含量,以相关回归法分析了麦冬植株块根性状、块根重量以及皂苷积累的相关性。结果表明,匍匐型川麦冬麦冬皂苷含量在34.42~91.85mg/g范围内,皂苷含量z1与麦冬干块根周长x4、干块根粒重y1、鲜块根粒重y2呈极显著正相关,与麦冬块根含水量y4呈极显著负相关,其回归方程分别为:z1=2.054x4+21.576;z1=-5.937y4+513.880;z1=0.026y2+44.914;z1=0.088y1+46.272。匍匐型川麦冬块根性状对麦冬光合产物积累和次生代谢产物的形成具有显著的影响。
By studying the relevance on Ophiopogon jaonicus tuber characters,yield and saponins content,to determine the main characters and yield factors impact on the accumulation of Ophiopogon jaonicus saponins synthesis. In the main Ophiopogon jaonicus-producing area,collecting the representative of creeping-type Ophiopogon jaonicus,measuring the tuber characters and yield,and Ophiopogon jaonicus saponin D is the reference substance ,using UV spectrophotometric to determine the content of total saponins of Ophiopogon jaonicus, using t testing and regression method,using SPSS software to analyze the the regular pattern in the tuber characters of Ophiopogon jaonicus, tuber yield, and saponins content. The content of Ophiopogon jaonicus saponin of creeping-type Ophiopogon jaonicus was in the range of 34.42~91.85mg/g,the saponin content z1 and circumference of stem tuber x4, grain weight of stem tuber y1, grain weight of fresh tuber y2 were highly significant correlated,and the water content of Ophiopogon jaonicus tuber were negatively correlated, the regression equations were:z1= 2.054x4+21.576;z1=-5.937y4+513.880;z1=0.026y2+44.914;z1=0.088y1+46.272. The creeping-type of Ophiopogon jaonicus was the traditional mainstream lines, tuber characters of Ophiopogon jaonicus had a significant effect on the accumulation of photosynthetic products of Ophiopogon jaonicus and the formation of secondary metabolites . The research provide scientific basis for quality control of Ophiopogon jaonicus.
