摘要
新疆的和田白桑(Morus alba L)较广东桑(Morus atropurpuroea Roxb.)具有更强的抗旱性,但以广东桑为砧木的和田白桑嫁接苗却未表现出耐旱的优势。相反,和田白桑扦插苗在水分胁迫下的叶片失水率明显低于嫁接苗,而相对电导率两者没有明显的差异。说明水分胁迫时砧木对植株地上部分失水率的影响显著。
Morus alba was of higher drought resistance than Morus atropurpuroea, but its grafted seedlings with M. atropurpuroea as rootstock did not show this advantage. The water releasing rate of the cutting seedlings was obviously lower than that of the grafted seedlings under the drought stress, but the relative electric conductivity of the two types of seedlings were similar.
