摘要
为了解重金属镉对作物种子萌发的影响,通过萌发试验研究了云南省广泛种植的两个玉米品种永玉3号(金单88)和早鲜甜糯在6种不同Cd2+浓度梯度下种子萌发和胚生长的情况。结果表明,当浓度小于2.0mg/L时,Cd2+对两个玉米品种种子萌发均有一定的抑制作用,当浓度在2.0~20.0mg/L时,Cd2+可以促进两个玉米品种种子的萌发,提高其发芽势和发芽率;Cd2+浓度与两个玉米品种胚芽长度、胚根长度均成负相关;永玉3号较早鲜甜糯具有更强的抗镉胁迫能力。
Yongyu No.3 (Jindan 88) and Zaoxiantiannuo were two varieties of Zea mays, which were widely planted in Yunnan. These two varieties were selected in this study in order to reveal the influence of Cd2+ on seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed, Cd2+ can hinder the seed germination and growth of maize when the concentration rate was below 2.0 mg / L, while increase the germination when concentration rate was lower than 2.0 mg / L; The concentration of Cd2+ negatively correlated with the length of bud and root; Jindan 88 had better ability to endurance the Cd2+ compared to Zaoxiantiannuo.
